Car got stoptech 6 pistonF/4 pistonR w/ 355mm rotors. With how quickly it gets into triple digits, it needs to stop well too.
Exhuast fitted together, were unsure about the 4 inch and sounding ricey, but it turned out to sound like a v8 so no complaints.
The titanium tipsw, again weren't sure how they would look but they go well with the estoril.

We updated harnesses where posible to be pin outs instead of splicing directly into wires.

We will now be making updates every day or every other day until the sort of unveiling of the car. It is insanely fast. Somehow the sound coming out of the little straight 6 3.2 liter sounds like a 7 liter v8.

This is a drive shaft axle seal, I would say half of the CV jointed drive shaft BMWs we have our heads under this has magically disappeared. As in a dealer or indy shop had no idea it needed to be inspected each time the drive shaft came off and care taken when being put back on. The result is the packing grease gets flung out all over the underbody and the CV joint begins to lose lubrication. This car was caught in time.

We apologize for the lack of updates. We have been incredibly busy here at PSI. The car is actually completed. Very soon we will begin posting DAILY updates on a staggered basis (as in not the rest of the build at once). These updates will include a lot of the “candy” of the build many have been waiting for.
The parts are really coming in at a steady pace now. Since this is the first “built motor” stage(2.5, 3, 4) to be installed outside of HPF, there are many precautions taken by them to ensure we’re receiving every single part necessary for this, since there are seemingly hundreds of them. In doing so, we’re taking our time on our end, while the parts are coming in piece meal as they’re organized and subsequently shipped from HPF. Within a few short days, we’ll have pretty much every single part we need to ramp up the install and have several big updates for the blog.
We’ve got the motor along with both subframes back in. The clutch and transmission are both in once again, and the driveshaft is in place ready to be bolted back in. Finally, we’re seeing this piece of Estoril Blue sheetmetal turn back into a normal car. . .but that won’t last for long once the turbo parts start going on it! Here’s a few obligatory pictures of some recent updates:

The car is getting an Alcantara headliner/pillar/deck treatment. The center console and E-brake has also been wrapped in Alcantara and it turned out great! The stitching you see matches the ///M colors perfectly and will open up over time to look factory. Wont ever have to worry about scrtching up the poor factory coating on a hot day! PSI Offers this for shipping but it cost a couple hundred dollars as it is difficult and uses real Alcantara.

The time has arrived for the car to start being reassembled. We are happy to start putting parts back in the car and freeing up some of the clutter.
The engine has been reassembled and put in the car and secured in place to prevent rocking until the transmission is in.
Rear subframe is back on the car, RTABs in, rear shocks in.
Parts have begun to arrive from HPF and there is lots of work to be done.

Teasing the car.
We’re going to waste no time in jumping right into the teardown, cleanup & reinforcement of the 2002 Individual M3. This car was not in poor shape from the get go, but in order for it to be up to our meticulous standards upon it being considered “finished,” there was much work to do to completely revitalize the vehicle top to bottom; inside-out. We jumped right in and pulled the motor, transmission, both subframes and pretty much anything that we even had the slightest feeling may have wanted to leak. Here’s a couple pictures for now of the journey thus far, enjoy!

The car as it sits now. . .it almost resembles something you’d see at a chop shop; there is very little on the car at this point!
